A few favorites.
Thank you, everyone for your patience with this last little collection! Also, thank you for your support - your shares, likes, retweets, kind comments, etc. I love connecting with you guys, and all the love is very much appreciated by all parties involved.
This shoot was a dream project and I'm glad I got to experience these moments and watch as this project came to life. I'm also glad that you all get to see pieces of it!
This is a first of many shoots to come, I'm sure.
This particular collection contains a few of my favorites from the last look we did and a few extra images that did not make it into the previous blogs. I think these ones speak to me more because they are their own individual image and moment.
There are times, much like this, where I simply cannot edit everything all at once, I listen to different music every time I sit down to edit, each day is different etc., and I edit images one image at a time.
For me, that allows total concentration. I can focus on the music playing in the background, the various expressions, the colors, and really take the time to see each image as their own little story. I've never been a fan of mass edits (doing things all in one sitting) though of course, I've done it before - it's just not my favorite method. Props to those who live for mass edits. Seriously.
In most of these Nina is wearing the same thing, but every pose and look says something different. Which I love.
I hope that when you view these, after your initial scroll through, you can slow down and appreciate each one. I titled this blog, Treasures, for that very reason.
Nina is a beautiful soul and I was very honored to share her space and work with her on her birthday.
I'd love to know your thoughts!
